The chilling thriller Shelter, released last year in the UK, is coming to American screens in 2011. Shelter centers around a forensic psychiatrist Cara Harding (Julianne Moore) who realizes that her patients with multiple personalities are being found murdered. The answer lies with David (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) a multiple personality victim who claims to see the devil. Cara has to help David fight through his condition long enough to figure out what’s happening before more people die. Here’s the trailer
